International Driving School (“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.

What We Collect

  • Name, email, phone number, date of birth
  • Ontario driver’s licence number (for in-car lessons)
  • Payment information (processed securely — not stored by us)
  • Website usage data via cookies (IP address, pages visited)

How We Use It

  • To process your course registration and lessons
  • To issue your MTO Certificate of Completion
  • To communicate about your booking and schedule
  • To comply with MTO record-keeping requirements

Who We Share It With

  • Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) — required for course reporting
  • Payment processors — to process fees securely
  • We never sell your information to third parties

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. MTO records must be retained for a minimum of 3 years.
